You don't have a center of gravity. Talk it out. It will take some focus and work on your part just to identify the things you can't do anything about.
It will take determination, persistence and time. You are important and you need to recognize this.
It is a normal part of life. To stop this from happening, take a little time for yourself every day, no matter what your are doing. I will always create a space to pursue my passions in some form. A self-centered world like this is a small world. Live inside out. Reach toward the ceiling and bend side to side slowly.
