If you need to, talk to a school counselor. Steer clear of people who are negative of critical of you and seek out people who build you up. Try to change the aspects about yourself that you don't like, and further improve on any personal strengths, talents, likable qualities, etc. If you establish a daily routine for sleeping, eating, work and exercise, you will feel and be healthier within a week or two.
